Michelle is a qualified coach, facilitator and trainer with over 10 years of commercial experience. She is experienced in leadership, business and marketing strategy, performance improvement, people management, project management, communication, presentation and personal impact.

Through coaching and workshops, Michelle helps individuals and teams to thrive and achieve extraordinary results. Her deep understanding of business, people and organisations stems from her experience as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and a strategy consultant at Accenture and Monitor Company, where she advised businesses on their commercial challenges and managed multi-million pounds projects.

Qualifications
Michelle gained her 4-year undergraduate degree (MEng) in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University and specialised in Human Resources and IT Management within the study of Management. She graduated from a 2-year MBA course from Wharton (which is ranked No. 1 in Financial Times Global MBA Survey) which gave her the opportunity to meet and and learn from distinguished leaders including Warren Buffet. She is an NLP Practitioner and qualified as a Coach with Coaching Development. She is also an active member of Toastmasters International.

About Michelle
Michelle is passionate about bringing out the best in individuals and groups, inspiring them to aim higher and helping them to achieve challenging goals with more ease. Her interest stems from her experience as a competitive player and team captains in sports. Michelle was bronze medalist in South East Asian Games and ASEAN Judo Championship. Her insights into sport and psychology greatly enhance her ability to motivate people and facilitate them to achieve peak performance.

Michelle also believes in the importance of excellent communication. She was selected to be a Communication Fellow and verbal and written communication coach at Wharton. There, she studied advanced persuasion and media relations techniques, interviewing the professionals on the Capitol Hill, a leading lobbying firm in Washington DC (Clark & Weinstock), New York Stock Exchange, Wall Street Journal and New York Times. Awarded with Competent Communicator Award, Michelle also won 2nd and 3rd places in Humourous Speaking competition and impromptu evaluation competitions. She is currently polishing her skills and enjoys herself at a stand-up comedy course.
