Delivery Policy

All physical products such as Home Study Programmes, Books and CDs are sent by First Class post. Delivery times are as follows:

Mainland UK: Allow 5 working days for delivery
International: Allow 21 working days for delivery

Digital products such as e-books and MP3 files are delivered by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Policy on Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Our policy on refunds, returns and cancellations does not affect your statutory rights. For further information on your statutory rights please go to www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.

Physical Products
Once packages have been opened, we cannot re-sell them. For this reason we do not offer refunds on physical products unless we have expressly stated that they are covered by an additional guarantee. If this is the case it will be clearly stated on the information for each product.

Digital Products
We do not offer refunds on downloadable digital products. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Services – Training, Coaching and Mentoring
Bespoke in-house training courses, one-to-one coaching and mentoring are non-refundable because these services are tailored to your individual requirements. Please check that the services you are arranging with us are suitable for your needs before you book coaching, mentoring or training sessions with us because once we have started delivering these services for you, you will not be able to cancel them.

Certain training programmes such as the Business Growth Course come with a full money-back guarantee.

Here is how the Money-Back Guarantee works: we will refund your course fees in full if you have applied what you learned on the course for six months but you haven’t at least paid for the cost of the course either in additional profits generated or in the savings that this course has enabled you to make. Obviously we’ll need to see some kind of proof that you haven’t just filed the plans on the shelf and done nothing with them for six months, trusting that wishful thinking would be enough!
