Business Coaching

Personal Coaching

You spend all day working on your business, looking after your customers, staff and suppliers, not to mention being there for family and friends when they need you. But who is looking after you?

Entrepreneurs and business owners sometimes earn a reputation for being workaholics. In many ways that's a good thing because hard work and effort pay off in business, but if you're constantly burning the candle at both ends, at worst you'll burn out and destroy your business; at best you'll find yourself operating at less than your full potential. No business can afford for its driving force to burn out or under-perform.

Now's the time to do something about it.

Personal coaching for business owners and entrepreneurs is all about balance. Balance in your working life and balance in your personal life. Your coach works with you to make sure that not only are you continuing to develop as a business person, but that you're giving yourself enough time to relax your mind and enjoy all the good things life has to offer.

For some clients that means spending more time with the children. For others it's about planning that once in a lifetime trip or fulfilling a childhood dream. Whatever your reasons for considering personal coaching, rest assured we can help you.

Personal Coaching sessions typically start with an initial session to work out what your current situation is like. This is often a real wake-up call when people realise just how out of balance their lives have become.

You then set some goals with your coach - things that you would like to be, do or have in your life. Over the course of weeks or months, you work out an action plan for how you're going to achieve those goals. It might be something simple but important like being there for your child's bedtime and reading them a story. Or it could be working towards a more ambitious goal such as being out of the 'rat race' by the age of 40.

As you progress through your coaching sessions, you'll start to notice differences in your life. Our coaching clients typically notice that their time management improves as they stop procrastinating, and they become more focused and confident. Others notice that their niggling back pain and tension starts to melt away as they take back control or their lives. In other cases clients have the confidence to address a business or personal relationship that isn't serving them anymore.

We can explain to you, in confidence, how coaching could help in your situation.

As for prices, personal coaching isn't cheap, but it's not going to break the bank either. Per session fees are typically £150+VAT for an hour's coaching and there are packages available for block-bookings of 6 sessions or more. Most clients work with their coach for a minimum of 3 months to help them make long lasting sessions. This usually equates to a minimum of 6 coaching sessions.

We charge the prices we do because experience has shown that when people pay less, they don't value the coaching as highly and don't take action. When you pay an amount that's uncomfortable, but not out of reach, a part of your brain kicks in that says, "I'm going to make darn sure I get my money's worth". When that happens, you take action and start to see results quickly. When people don't value coaching highly, they don't put the effort in and don't see the results - nothing will change simply by showing up for sessions, you have to do something to see a change!

So, are you ready to start changing things for the better?

Remember, we want coaching to work for you, so we take time to match you with the right coach. We'll introduce you to up to 3 of our professional coaches and let you speak to them before deciding which one's right for you. To start today, contact us.

Client Comments

"Just 1 hour's coaching with Rachel has potentially saved me up to 1,000 hours a year, worth an additional £150,000 revenue in chargeable hours. While exploring 'what gobbles up my time', I realised that by delegating the opening of my post plus more menial accountancy tasks and setting aside 2 hours to focus without taking calls, I could free up 2-4 hours a day. I'm looking forward to being able to go to the gym and spend more time with my wife and 4 kids and also my mother who was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. I'm sure that my team will flourish with the increased responsibility that I give them."

"Hannah is a talented listener who coaches the answers from within your self. She helped me to get clarity on the person who I wish to be - both personally and professionally. She has a strong business background and gave me sound advice regarding some very important life changing negotiations that I was involved in at the time."
Paul Andrews, Sales Director

"I am writing to thank you for the excellent coaching sessions. Of particular value have been the analytical tools which help me assess any given situation, and help me develop pragmatic, realistic and achievable action plans. Furthermore I have thoroughly enjoyed our sessions. Your skill and experience is obvious and I very much appreciate the compassion with which you apply it. I have recommended you to friends and colleagues as someone who can support individuals and teams through a range of work and/or life challenges. I look forward to talking to you again soon"
