Course Outline

Part One: Sessions 1-6 (Group Sessions)
Every fortnight you meet up with like-minded business people who have their sights set on growing a successful, thriving business which can exist without their daily input. You get to know them, they get to know you and you share ideas and tips on the course.

The sessions are held from 6pm-8pm and begin with Patrick talking you through one of the topics covered in the course. Then you work through exercises and business tools together, discussing how you can put them into practice. Between sessions you are set 'homework' to work on and discuss at the following session. By the end of the course, you will have a practical, comprehensive Business Plan which is designed especially for your business.

Topics covered:

  • SESSION 1: Goal Setting & Vision - gets you focused about where your business is heading and what you stand for
  • SESSION 2: Diagnostics - gives you an objective view of your company's current position
  • SESSION 3: Business Strategy - shows you how to analyse the market and choose your strategic plan for growth
  • SESSION 4: Marketing Strategy - helps you think through how you'll get your message out to your customers and how to influence them to buy from you
  • SESSION 5: Business Planning - shows you how to develop a plan for achieving your business and personal goals
  • SESSION 6: Project Management - ensures that you have considered all eventualities and have a plan to make it all happen!

Part Two: Sessions 7-8 (Individual Sessions)
Sessions 7 and 8 are monthly one-to-one Progress Review Sessions with an expert business coach/ mentor who helps you with the issues particular to your own businesses. Each session lasts one hour and is delivered by telephone. You arrange a convenient time and date with your coach.

Fees
