This workshop on “Leadership and Management” is suitable for owners and directors of growing entrepreneurial SME businesses (up to approx 250 staff).

Leadership and Management Training Course
Being a leader is not the same as being a manager, and vice versa. Managers create order out of complexity. Leaders, in contrast, deal with ambiguity, change, opportunity and inspire progression. However, this distinction is not entirely accurate because leaders must also manage. This course will help you with your leadership skills development as you explore the different leadership styles. You will learn when and where each style of leadership is appropriate so that you can maximise your own productivity and that of your team.
