Your business specialist is there to be your mentor, coach and sounding board. You can ask questions, share experiences and always get a straight answer.
What you get
6 hours of individual support - this is usually one hour on the phone once a fortnight, plus unlimited e-mail access to your business specialist throughout the 3 month period. You can also arrange 10 minute 'laser-coaching' sessions in situations where you may need emergency support or advice between sessions, for example before an important meeting.
