Module 2: Business Diagnostics

SME Academy is a business growth consultancy offering business advice, training courses, workshops, executive coaching and business mentoring for directors and senior managers of small and medium sized entreprises (SMEs).

Based on Borough High Street SE1 (close to London Bridge tube/train/bus station in Southwark) we work with organisations across London as well as those in the Home Counties. Some of our clients are further afield in places such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Kuala Lumpur.

Typically we work with business owners and entrepreneurs on business planning, sales and marketing, leadership and management, plus areas such as time and stress management. We help many of our clients to access grants and funding under the Leadership and Management programme, which allows them to get part-funding for our courses and coaching services.
